Sesame Seeds Ladoo

Sesame Seeds Ladoo is a sweet which we usually prepare during Ganesh Chaturthi. I too prepared these ladoos on that day to offer as a naivedyam to the God. Black sesame seeds are rich in protein and iron.

Ingredients

  • Black sesame seeds-200grams
  • Jaggery-200 grams
  • Cardamom pods-2

Instructions

  • Heat a kadai and dry roast sesame seeds on low-medium flame for 5 minutes or until you hear the crackling sound from the seeds.
  • Transfer the sesame seeds into the plate to cool down.
  • Next, add the seeds to a mixer and blend into a powder. Then add jaggery and cardamom pods to the mixer and blend them well.
  • Then transfer the mixture into a plate and take a small amount of mixture into your palm and press firmly to make into small ladoos.
  • Enjoy healthy and delicious ladoos.
