Heat a kadai and dry roast sesame seeds on low-medium flame for 5 minutes or until you hear the crackling sound from the seeds.
Transfer the sesame seeds into the plate to cool down.
Next, add the seeds to a mixer and blend into a powder. Then add jaggery and cardamom pods to the mixer and blend them well.
Then transfer the mixture into a plate and take a small amount of mixture into your palm and press firmly to make into small ladoos.
