Prawns Pepper fry recipe is very easy and quick to prepare as a starter. This prawns fry is finished within 5mintues in my home, everyone enjoyed it very much.

Ingredients
  • 250 grams Prawns
  • 1 tsp Rice flour
  • 1/2 tsp Garam masala powder
  • 1/2 tsp Ginger garlic paste
  • 1/2 tsp Chilli powder
  • 1 tsp Coriander powder
  • 1 tsp Corn powder
  • 1/2 tsp Turmeric powder
  • 1 1/2 tsp Fresh crush pepper
  • Curry leaves a few
  • 2 tbsp Egg white
  • 1 tbsp Lime juice -1tbsp
  • 2-3 Green chilies -2 to 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep fry
Instructions
  1. Take a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala powder, salt, rice flour, corn flour and mix well.
  2. Then add lime juice, crushed pepper and add egg white, mix it well.
  3. Add prawns, coat the mixture well and deep fry them in oil, till they turn into golden color. Then coat the rest of the mixture to curry leaves and green chilies and deep fry them.
  4. Serve this tasty and delicious prawns pepper fry and enjoy!
