Ingredients

  • 250 grams Prawns
  • 1 teaspoon Rice flour
  • ½ teaspoon Garam masala powder
  • ½ teaspoon Ginger garlic paste
  • ½ teaspoon Chilli powder
  • 1 teaspoon Coriander powder
  • 1 teaspoon Corn powder
  • ½ teaspoon Turmeric powder
  • 1 ½ teaspoon Fresh crush pepper
  • Curry leaves a few
  • 2 tablespoon Egg white
  • 1 tablespoon Lime juice -1tbsp
  • 2-3 Green chilies -2 to 3
  • Salt to taste
  • Oil for deep fry

Instructions

  • Take a bowl, add ginger garlic paste, chili powder, coriander powder, turmeric, garam masala powder, salt, rice flour, corn flour and mix well.
  • Then add lime juice, crushed pepper and add egg white, mix it well.
  • Add prawns, coat the mixture well and deep fry them in oil, till they turn into golden color. Then coat the rest of the mixture to curry leaves and green chilies and deep fry them.
  • Serve this tasty and delicious prawns pepper fry and enjoy!
