Today recipe is very fast to prepare and everything will be done in 20 minutes. Which I had prepared yesterday for my breakfast. It is so so easy to prepare and it tasted very delicious. Here goes the recipe.

  • 2 cups Rava/Semolina
  • 1 cup Thick Curd
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Chopped onions
  • ½ cup Sliced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped coriander leaves
  • Water as required for making the batter
  • Oil as required
  1. Take a bowl, add rava, salt, and curd. Mix well and rest for 5-10 minutes.

  2. Mix the rested batter again with required water to make it into pouring consistency. Note: remember not too thin.
  3. Heat the pan properly, Spoon one ladle full of the batter in hot greased dosa pan.
  4. Add the chopped onions and sliced tomato fully covering the top. Drizzle a teaspoon of oil.

  5. 5.Cook in medium fame by covering the top of the uttapam, till both sides are cooked well.

  6. Serve this taste uttapam with any chutney you like, here I made coconut chutney for this.
