Instant Rava Uttapam

Today recipe is very fast to prepare and everything will be done in 20 minutes. Which I had prepared yesterday for my breakfast. It is so so easy to prepare and it tasted very delicious. Here goes the recipe.

Ingredients

  • 2 cups Rava/Semolina
  • 1 cup Thick Curd
  • 1 teaspoon Salt
  • ½ cup Chopped onions
  • ½ cup Sliced tomatoes
  • 2 tablespoon Chopped coriander leaves
  • Water as required for making the batter
  • Oil as required

Instructions

  • Take a bowl, add rava, salt, and curd. Mix well and rest for 5-10 minutes.
  • Mix the rested batter again with required water to make it into pouring consistency. Note: remember not too thin.
  • Heat the pan properly, Spoon one ladle full of the batter in hot greased dosa pan.
  • Add the chopped onions and sliced tomato fully covering the top. Drizzle a teaspoon of oil.
  • 5.Cook in medium fame by covering the top of the uttapam, till both sides are cooked well.
  • Serve this taste uttapam with any chutney you like, here I made coconut chutney for this.
