Today, for the first time, I tried making this Kachumba salad for my lunch using tomatoes, cucumber, and red onions. The salad is simply superb and it is very healthy as it is made with fresh veggies.

Ingredients
  • 2 large Tomatoes diced
  • 1 Cucumber diced
  • 1 large Red onion finely diced
  • 1 tsp Chat masala
  • 3 tbsp Lemon juice
  • 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
  • Salt to season
Instructions
  1. Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and season with salt to taste.
  2. Transfer into a serving bowl and enjoy!
