Wash the mutton pieces thoroughly and transfer into a pressure cooker along with turmeric powder, 1tsp of red chilli powder, 1tsp of ginger garlic paste along with 1tsp of salt, 1tsp of oil and a half glass of water.
Cook it for 3-4 whistles or until it is cooked.
Heat a pan with oil, add clove, cinnamon and cardamom along with chopped onions and fry till the onions are translucent.
Add the remaining ginger garlic paste and fry till the raw smells goes and then add chopped tomatoes along with chilli powder and coriander powder and stir well.
Once the pressure is released add the cooked mutton pieces along with water to the pan and fry on medium to high flame until the water evaporates, adjust the salt according to you and add curry leaves and coriander leaves and cook for further 10-15 minutes in low flame till the oil oozes out.
Transfer to a serving bowl, enjoy tasty and spicy Andhra mutton roast with rice or roti.
