Crispy paneer fingers is the perfect recipe for an evening snack or party food. Vegetarian, kids-friendly and so yum!
Mix all the ingredients, except the oil and the paneer.
Add enough water to form a thick batter.
Dip each paneer finger in the batter and deep fry.
When fried remove to the kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil.
Serve this delicious Paneer fingers with tomato ketchup.
