Paneer Fingers

Crispy paneer fingers is the perfect recipe for an evening snack or party food. Vegetarian, kids-friendly and so yum!

Ingredients

  • 250 grams Paneer cut into finger size here I used stored brought paneer.
  • 4 tablespoon Corn flour
  • 4 tablespoon All-purpose flour/Maida
  • 4 tablespoon Rice flour
  • ¼ teaspoon Pepper powder
  • 1 tablespoon Tomato ketchup
  • 1 teaspoon Chilli powder
  • Salt to taste
  • A pinch of orange-red colour
  • Oil to fry

Instructions

  • Mix all the ingredients, except the oil and the paneer.
  • Add enough water to form a thick batter.
  • Heat oil in a kadai.
  • Dip each paneer finger in the batter and deep fry.
  • When fried remove to the kitchen paper to absorb any excess oil.
  • Serve this delicious Paneer fingers with tomato ketchup.
