Today’s recipe is about every non-vegetarian favourite food, that is Chicken 65 dry version.It is very easy and simple to prepare within1hour
Clean and the wash the chicken and pat dry to remove any excess water.
2.Take a bowl and mix all the ingredients mentioned above and marinate it for at least half an hour.
3.Take a pan fill it with sufficient oil for deep frying(Note: here I used a deep fryer)
4.Fry the chicken pieces in small batches on medium flame until they are fried.
Repeat the procedure until you finish all of them.
5.In the same oil fry, the slit green chilies and curry leaves and garnish them with the Fried Chicken pieces and enjoy tasty and yummy chicken 65 dry with our favorite chutney or sauce.
Note: Please do not add any water to the mixture
