Stir-fry recipe with Arbi/Chamagadda Which is very easy to prepare and can be done with in15-20mintues.It can be served as a side dish along with rice.
Wash and pressure cook the Arbi in a cooker for 1 whistle or boil in hot for 10 minutes.
2.Once cooled remove the skin and chop into small pieces.
3.Take a pan, heat with 2teaspoon of oil and then pop mustard, urad dal, and cumin seeds. Once they crackle add curry leaves.
4.To the pan add the boiled Arbi pieces along with all spices and required salt and sauté well so that all spices coated with Arbi pieces.
5.Fry on low flame for 5-10 minutes without covering the pan.
Please do not cover the pan with the lid while cooking, otherwise, arbi will become soggy.
