Notes

  • When working with puff pastry you should work quickly before it loses its shape.
  • Here I have used ready-to-use pastry sheets and I followed the instructions on the package. So if you are using frozen sheets, plan ahead and thaw the sheets at least 30 minutes before you being the process.
  • Don't pull the sheets when they are frozen, they can break easily.
  • If you think pastry sheets are getting difficult to roll sprinkle some plain flour and roll.
  • Allow the potato stuffing to cool completely before spreading it on the sheets.
  • When placing pinwheels in the air fryer leave some space between each pinwheel. so that they can puff up easily and cook evenly.
