Masala Lassi is a popular Indian drink made with yogurt ,spices and herbs. It is a refreshing drink that can be enjoyed any time of the day. It takes only 5 minutes to make this delicious chaas.
1 Cup =250 ml; 1 Tablespoon = 15 ml; 1 Teaspoon = 5 ml
1cupPlain yogurt Greek yogurt
1+½cupWateradjust according to your choice
½teaspoonRoasted cumin powder
½teaspoonBlack salt
¼teaspoonChaat masala
2teaspoonCoriander leavas
1teaspoonMint leaves
Ice Cubesoptional
Instructions
Into a jar, add yogurt, all spice powder,mint leaves,coriander leaves and ½ cup water and blend using hand blender or a whisk until its smooth.
Transfer the mixture into a another jar,add 1 cup of water,ice cubes(optional) and stir well.
Pour the chilled chaas into a glass and garnish with coriander leaves or mint leaves and enjoy!

Use a whisk or hand blender to make the yogurt smooth and frothyFor a froth on the top of chaas, blend all the ingredients with a hand blender and pour immediately into a serving glass.Use chilled water to make the lassi, if water is not chilled, place the prepared buttermilk in the refrigerator until you are ready to serve.
