Heat a wok with oil, when the oil is hot add the chopped carrots, beans, half of the spring onions and sauté them on high flame until the veggies turn into a light crisp.
Add the cooked rice along with red chilli sauce, soya sauce and mix well.
Next add the chicken pieces, egg scramble and mix well gently.
Finally, add black pepper powder along with remaining spring onions and mix well.
