Clean and chop cauliflower into small bite-size pieces. Boil these florets in hot water for 2-3 min along with salt. After 2-3 min drain the water from the florets and keep aside.
In a bowl add all the ingredients under making the Gobi fritters except oil. Add water little by little to make a thick paste. Mix well so that all the florets are nicely coated with the paste.
Heat a pan with oil for deep frying the Gobi. Drop each floret one by one and fry until they are cooked and turned into golden colour.
Repeat the same process for the remaining florets.
Heat a pan with oil, add cumin seeds and when they begin to crackle add green chillies, onions and sauté on high flame for a minute.
Next, add ginger garlic paste and sauté till the raw smell goes out.
Then add red chilli sauce, tomato ketchup and mix well.
Add the fried Gobi and sauté for a minute. Then add soya sauce and sauté everything well on high flame.
Add the cooked rice and mix well so that all the ingredients are nicely combined with rice.
Then add black pepper powder and mix well.
Switch off the flame and add coriander leaves and mix well.
Transfer the Gobi fried rice into a serving bowl and enjoy with sauce.
