wash the courgette, peel the skin and grate it. Here I have grated the courgette in food processor.
In a bowl add the grated courgette along with salt and turmeric powder. Mix everything well and leave it on the counter for 5-10 mins
Then squeeze as much of water from the courgette mixture.
Next Add chilli powder, cumin seeds, curry leaves and coriander leaves.
Slowly add the gram flour so that it combines well with the mixture. Note: If the mixture is too loose add 1-2 tablespoon of gram flour
Heat a pan with oil for deep frying and add a small dough mixture evenly. Fry them till they turn into golden colour on medium flame.
Repeat the process until you complete the whole dough mixture
Transfer into a kitchen towel to absorb any excess oil from them and then enjoy delicious courgette fritters with your favourite chutney or sauce.
