Grease a plate with ghee and keep ready
Heat a wide non-stick pan with ghee, add double cream and mix well
Then add milk powder and combine well with the cream without any lumps
Add sugar and mix well, keep stirring until it leaves the side. It takes approximately 10-12 minutes to cook
When it leaves the side immediately pour this mixture in the greased plate and press it with the back of spatula
Add chopped nuts and press them firmly
Allow it to cool for an hour and then cut into slices
Store it in an airtight container
