Heat a pan with oil, once it is hot add cumin, mustard seeds, curry leaves, channa dal along with green chiles and red chillies.
When you hear the crackling sound add shredded cabbage and turmeric powder. Mix everything well.
Cover and cook for 5-10minties on low- medium flame.
Add salt according to your taste. Again stir them well. Cover it.
Cook for another 5-10 on medium flame or until cabbage is cooked.
Then add coriander powder and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes on high flame.
Turn off the flame and add coriander leaves.
