wash and pressure cook the potatoes for 2 whistles.
Dry roast the spices and crush them lightly in the mortar and pestle.
Allow to cool the pressure cooker, meanwhile chop onions finely.
Remove the outer skin of boiled potatoes, and chop into small pieces and keep aside.
Heat a pan with oil, add Mustard Seeds Split urad dal and curry leaves.
Add chopped onions, slit green chillies and fry till onions turn golden brown.
Then add potatoes, turmeric and red chilli powder.
Add salt and sauté for a while, see that the bottom shouldn’t get burn.
Close the pan with a lid for 2mints.Then Sprinkle the roasted spices powder and mix well so that all the potatoes are nicely coated.
Finally, garnish with coriander leaves.
