Mustard seeds-1/2tsp

Pepper seeds-3nos
Salt to taste
Turmeric -1/2tsp
Coriander leaves
Curry leaves

Preparation Method:
1.Wash and soak rice for about 30mnts.Drain and then boil in plenty of boiling
2.Mean while soak tamarind in hot water,so that juice comes out quickly.
3.Heat a pan,add channa dal,urd dal,pepper seeds,coriander seeds,red chillies and few menthi seeds fry them till they change colour.Then allow them to cool and grind them into a fine powder.
4.Heat oil/ghee in a shallow pan,add a pinch of asafoetida.Add dried red chillies
broken into two,urad dal,channa dal and methi seed.Cook until dals change colour to light brown.
5.Add add peanuts and mustard seeds.Let Mustard seeds crackle then add curry leaves.mix tamarind juice,turmeric pwd in this.Stir fry till its becomes thick
and add salt.
6.Add the above thick paste to cooked rice,mix them well,then add the grinded fine powder accordingly to ur taste and garnish with coriander leaves.
7.Serve with potato fry.
