    Drop Scones

    Today i made these Drop Scones for my breakfast.First time i have prepared it.It is very easy and goes delicious with golden syrup or butter n jam.Every thing will be done in 15mints.My two kids loved it very much.Here goes the recipe..

    Ingredients:

    Self-raising flour-125grams

    Milk-125ml
    Egg-1nos

    Sugar-25grams

    Salt a pinch

    Baking powder-1tsp

    Oil-1tsp

    Preparation:

    Take a bowl,add all the above ingredients expect oil and mix well untill small bubbles comes out.
    Heat a nonstick with oil on medium flame,once it gets warm using a spoon pour the mixture into the pan into small pancakes .Cook them on low flame until both sides turns into golden colour. Then transfer into a serving bowl and drizzle it with golden syrup and enjoy..
