Rava Laddu or sooji Ladoo is a south Indian sweet that taste so delicious, which you can prepare very easily at home with minimal ingredients.

I made this Rava laddu yesterday to celebrate Rakshabandhan. This ladoo is prepared by roasting Rava(sooji) in ghee on low flame and then adding roasted Rava to the sugar syrup and allowing it cool and then make round balls out the mixture.
