No Churn Avocado Ice Cream | 3 Ingredient Avocado Ice Cream

No Churn Avocado Ice Cream is a creamy, delicious homemade ice cream without ice cream maker and with just 3 ingredients.

When I saw this recipe here, I decided to give it a try as my husband loves avocado very much. Frankly speaking, I don’t like that much, but when I tasted this ice cream, I changed my decision as it is so creamy and flavourful with perfect sweetness. This Avocado ice cream has a distinct flavour and you should try it at least once.

 STEP BY STEP PICTURES OF MAKING NO CHURN AVOCADO ICE CREAM

 

Ingredients:

  • Avocado – 1 large ripe
  • Condensed milk – 1cup
  • Double cream – 2cups

No Churn Avocado Ice Cream

Preparation:

In a blender add Avocado and condensed milk.

Blend them on high speed until it forms into a smooth mixture without any chunks of Avocado.

Transfer the avocado mixture into a mixing bowl.

Take another bowl and add the fresh double cream and using electric hand mixer beat on low-medium speed until it reaches thick, stiff peaks. Don’t beat too much otherwise, it will split.

Now slowly fold the whipped cream in batches to the avocado mixture until everything is combined well.

Transfer the mixture into an airtight container and freeze this ice cream for at least 6-8 hours or preferably overnight.

Enjoy creamy and delicious No churn Avocado ice cream with your family!

 Note:

Here I have not used any sugar because the sweetness is perfect for me.

You can add sugar if you like your ice cream to be sweet.

  1. wow ! that looks real creamy.. Avocados are sold for the price of gold here, so I can only make an occasaional guacamole.. the ice cream idea is fantastic..

  2. Even I am not really a fan of avocado, but this ice cream surely looks super tempting. The creaminess of the ice cream can be seen in the snaps. Perfect treat for the summer.
