Today, for the first time, I tried making this Kachumba salad for my lunch using tomatoes, cucumber, and red onions. The salad is simply superb and it is very healthy as it is made with fresh veggies.
Tomatoes – 2 large, diced
Cucumber – 1 diced
Red onion – 1 large, finely diced
Chat masala – 1tsp
Lemon juice – 3 tbsp
Coriander leaves – 2tbsp, chopped
Salt, to season
Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and season with salt to taste.
Transfer into a serving bowl and enjoy this kachumba salad
Kachumba Salad Recipe
- 2 large Tomatoes diced
- 1 Cucumber diced
- 1 large Red onion finely diced
- 1 tsp Chat masala
- 3 tbsp Lemon juice
- 2 tbsp Coriander leaves chopped
- Salt to season
- Mix all the ingredients together in a bowl and season with salt to taste.
- Transfer into a serving bowl and enjoy!
