Red chilli powder-1/2tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for shallow frying
Wash and chop eggplant into rings.Apply salt lightly to both sides of the rings.
Mix chilli,coriander,hing and turmeric powder.Apply this mixture to the rings both sides.
In another bowl,mix rava and gram flour.Coat the eggplant rings nicely in the mixture and shallow fry on medium heat till they turn into golden colour on both sides.Transfer them on to a kitchen towel to absorb any excess oil and enjoy crispy,yummy eggplant rings..
