Prawn-300grams(stored brought cooked one’s)
Ginger garlic paste-1tsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Wash the prawns and dry it them on a kitchen towel.Add turmeric and little salt to it and mix well.Heat a pan with oil for deep frying,fry the prawns in batch till they change into light brown colour .Transfer them into a bowl,to this prawns add ginger garlic paste,coriander,chilli and garam masala powder.Mix well.Now for the binding add gram flour and corn flour.Add chopped coriander leaves and salt to taste.
Note: Add salt less because we have already added salt while frying,so check and add salt.
Now combine every thing nicely so that prawns are coated well.Deep fry the prawns in oil till they turn into golden colour.Transfer them into a serving bowl and enjoy tasty,crispy and delicious pakoda.
