I made this mango rice after a long back.This was made on Saturday for my lunch and it tasted very well.Of course first time i made this rice.Before i had this rice which is prepared by my Mom .Its very easy n quick to prepare every thing will be done with in 20mints.
Grated Raw mango-1no.
Chopped onions-1medium no.
Slit green chillies-2nos.
Chopped coriander leaves
Salt to taste
Heat a pan with oil,add seasoning ingredients and allow to pop.Add chopped onions and fry them till they turn into pink.
Add slit green chillies and grated raw mango and fry for few mints.Then add turmeric pwd along with salt and mix well.
Add cooked rice to the cooking mixture and mix well .So that all ingredients are mixed nicely.Cook with closed lid for 5mints on medium flame.
Finally add chopped coriander leaves before removing from the hob.Transfer into a serving bowl and enjoy.
