Methi Crackers

I made this Methi Crackers for diwali..and hope you all celebrated diwali very well.Really these crackers goes great with tea or coffe or you can have it like that itself.Actually i adapted this snack from Aipi of “USMASALA“.Thank you very much Aipi for sharing such a wonderful crackers.I liked it. I liked it a lot. Go, try it. You’ll love it too.

Ingredients:

All purpose flour/Maida- 1 cup
Atta-1/2 cup
Sooji /Semolina-2 tbsp
Black pepper pwd-1tsp
Chilli pwd-1/2tsp
Baking soda-1/2tsp
Carom seeds/Ajwain-1/2tsp
Kasoori methi -2to3tbsp
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying


Preparation:

Take a large mixing bowl,add all the above ingredients except oil and mix well by adding required water and 4tbsp of oil.Knead it into a hard dough.

Cover and leave it for 20mints.Once time is done divide them into small equal balls and roll them into small puris.Fold the puri into half and again fold it to make triangle shape.

Heat a pan with oil for deep frying and fry these crackers on medium flame till golden and crispy on both sides.
Transfer them to a kitchen towel to absorb excess oil and store them in a air tight container.
