Curry and coriander leaves
split urad dal
Salt to taste
1.wash and pressure cook the potatos for 2 whistles.
2.Allow to cool the pressure cooker,mean while chopp onions finely.
3.Remove the outter skin of boiled potatos and keep aside.
4.Heat a pan with oil,add seasoning ingredients,curry leaves.
5.Add chopped onions,grated ginger,chopped galic and fry till onions turns golden brown.
6.Then add potatos,turmeric,redchilli and coriander pwd.
7.Add salt and saute for a while ,see that the bottom shouldn’t get burn.
8.close with a lid for 2mints.Then ur Potato/Aloo fry is ready.
9.Finely garnish with coriander leaves.
10.serve as aside dish with paapu or curd rice.
