The school has started for laky from Friday onwards and my schedule became very tight.As i have get up early and make her ready for the school at the same time i have to look after sathya.She is more excited in going to school and she keeps on telling about what she has done in her class .even she called to her grandparents in india and told about her school and every thing.
Coming to the recipe this Chow-chow Sukhi Bhaji is tried n tasted from Shanthi of Shanthisthaligai,which came really yummy and tasted very nice.We had it with both rice n rotis.Thanks shanti for sharing such a wonderful recipe.
Chow-chow)-2nos.
Sambar Pwd-1tsp
Tomato Puree-1tbsp
Coriander Pwd-1tsp
Turmeric a pinch
Cumin seeds-½tsp
Garam masala-1tsp
chopped coriander leaves a few
Salt to taste
Oil-1tbsp
Preparation:
Chop chow-chow into small pieces and keep aside.
Heat a pan with oil add cumin seeds and once they pop up add tomato puree and cook for few mints.Then add chopped chow-chow along with sambar and coriander pwds.Mix well and required salt,sprinkle water and close it with lid until chow-chow is cooked.
Once chow is cooked add garam masala pwd and stir well.Finally garnish with chopped coriander leaves and enjoy with rotis and rice.
