Chopped coriander leaves-2tbsp
Water as required for making the batter
Take a bowl,pop rava,salt and curd.Mix well
and add little water to make the batter little thick.Leave that batter
to rest for 5-10 minutes.
Mix the rested batter again with required water to make it into pouring consistency. Note: remember not too thin.
the pan properly,Spoon one ladle full of the batter in hot greased
dosa pan. Add the chopped onions and sliced tomato fully covering the
top. Drizzle a tsp of oil .Cook in medium fame by covering the top of
the uttapam,till both sides are cooked well.
Serve this taste uttapam with any chutney you like,here i made coconut chutney for this.
